At Silky Signatures™, we pride ourselves on quality, care, and customer satisfaction.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand how we handle issues such as damaged items, lost packages, or returns.


Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll gladly:

  • Send out a replacement shirt, or

  • Issue you a full refund to your original payment method.

We want every Silky Signatures™ piece to meet our premium standards, and we’ll handle your case swiftly.

Items Lost in Transit

By placing an order, you agree to our standard shipping timeframes displayed at checkout.
While most orders arrive within these estimates, external factors (such as customs delays or courier errors) may occasionally extend delivery times.

If your item has not arrived within 5 business days beyond the estimated window, please contact us — we’ll either:

  • Ship a replacement order, or

  • Provide a full refund.

Your satisfaction always comes first.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item back.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Silky Signatures™ is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier to the shipping address provided at checkout.

In such cases, we will:

  • Confirm the delivery details (date, address, courier, and tracking number), and

  • Assist you in filing a claim directly with the courier if necessary.

We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address to avoid loss or theft.
