🔒 PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify Payments.

How secure is my personal information?

Silky Signatures™ adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.
Your payment and personal details are encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology — the same security protocol used by banks — ensuring that all transactions through Shopify.com are processed safely.

🚚 ORDER TRACKING

My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking numbers usually become active within a few days after your order ships.
If yours isn’t working yet, please wait 2–3 business days and try again.
Still not showing? Email support@silkysignatures.com and we’ll check directly with the courier.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS confirmation containing your tracking number.
You can also visit our Track Order page anytime to follow its progress.

The tracking site says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.

Sometimes carriers mark parcels as delivered when they’ve arrived at your local post office or delivery depot.
Please wait a few more days or contact your local postal service — they may be holding it for pickup.
If you still don’t receive it, let us know so we can help investigate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Silky Signatures™ ships worldwide. We deliver to most countries around the globe.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During peak periods, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–14 business days

  • Express options: 5–7 business days
    Delivery times vary by country and local postal service.

My order didn’t arrive on time — what should I do?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 45 business days of purchase, contact us at support@silkysignatures.com and we’ll resolve it.

How is my package delivered?

Orders are delivered by your local postal or courier service.
If no one is home, a notice may be left for pickup from your nearest post office.

💳 RETURNS & REFUNDS

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email clear photos to support@silkysignatures.com within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund once verified.

🧾 AFTER PURCHASE

I entered the wrong address or chose the wrong size — can I change it?

If this happens, contact us as soon as possible at support@silkysignatures.com.
We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, but once it’s in transit, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Please double-check all details before submitting your order — we can’t refund items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

My package is stuck in customs — what can I do?

Unfortunately, customs delays are beyond our control.
Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your parcel appears stuck, contact your local customs office directly for release information.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Orders begin processing within 1–3 working days, so address changes must be requested immediately.
Email support@silkysignatures.com and we’ll help if your order hasn’t yet entered shipping.

No — the signature will not wear off.
Each Silky Signatures™ shirt is made using advanced sublimation printing laser techniques designed to withstand washing, framing, and regular wear without fading.
